Singaporean-Thai-Indian Chef Rishi Arora draws memories of growing up in Bangkok to whip up elevated classic comfort Thai food from home through his private dining concept ‘Part Thai’.

Part Thai is a fun play on Thai food textures & ingredients, where Rishi creates punchy, layered dishes, while also staying true to the essence of Thai cuisine.

Rishi will be collaborating with us for a one-time pop-up!
